MVW is a membership organization. Members can nominate a board candidate to run, besides the highly qualified candidates that the board recommends. Here’s how to do that. A total of three (3) current voting members of McKenzie Valley Wellness must nominate a specific person as a candidate for the board of directors, in order for that person to be listed on the ballot. All three voting members can sign on this single form. It is also acceptable to have a voting member sign and submit a separate form.
Forms must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 15, 2024, for the candidate to be on the ballot for the annual membership meeting on May 7, 2024. |
